ACCOUNTING & REPORTING CONTROLLER

About our client:

Our client is a world leader in the agricultural and construction equipment business. Due to an increasing market share, our client is expanding their Finance department and is looking for a:'Accounting & Reporting Controller.'

Description:

In this demanding role you will be responsible but not limited to the following tasks:

− Managing the monthly reports to be submitted to the HQ
− Prepare presentations for Legal Entity reviews and the Board of Director meetings
− Elaborating accounting analysis and studies for the review of the Management
− Prepare asset, liability, and capital accounts entries
− Document financial transactions
− Prepare balance sheets, P/L reports, and other reports
− Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents and supporting in the internal and external auditing activities

Candidate profile:

− Completed degree in Accounting with at least several years of working experience within multinational environment
− Strong Accounting and Reporting knowledge incl. IFRS and US GAAP
− Proficient in the use of computer software including good command of Hyperion and SAP
− Fluent command of written and spoken English and Italian
− Able to lead and give functional support to a small team and act as a focus point for accounting issues
− Ability to work in trans−functional project teams and sharing the competences
− You are a flexible person who has the ability to work proficient alone or within a team
