(JR.) FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

About our client:

Our client is a leading international producer in the luxury goods industry, whose EMEA head office is located in Switzerland. The company is looking for a motivated, flexible and competent specialist as a (Jr.) Financial Controller.

Description:

− Plan and report system strategies in order to meet business requirements
− Support the preparation of the annual financial plan and the budget forecast for the senior management
− Identify problems and operational procedures in achieving financial goals
− Monitor corrective actions
− Monitor the performance and the completion of budget assignments
− Improve and enforce the accomplishment of the financial control process
− Cooperate with the line managers in order to understand their needs and assisting them
− Deliver financial reports to the senior management

Candidate profile:

− Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a similar field
− Previous experience in Finance, Accounting or Controlling is an asset
− Excellent knowledge of MS Office
− Good operating skills in SAP or any other ERP system is an asset
− Good communication and analytical skills
− Ability to grasp and process a huge amount of information
− Ability to work in a multicultural environment
− Fluent English and German, any other language would be an asset
